Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Devnode collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. Devnode is the data controller; its full details are in the legal notice.
Data collected
- Contact form: name, email, company, phone (optional) and your message.
- AI assessment: your answers, first name, email, company and phone (optional).
- Client questionnaires: answers provided by clients through a private link.
- Demos: the text you type is sent to an AI provider to generate the answer. It is not stored by Devnode.
Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to your requests and sending your assessment results (consent / pre-contractual steps).
- Preparing and delivering consulting services (contract).
- Running the demos (legitimate interest: showing what the service does).
Retention
- Prospect data: 3 years from the last contact.
- Client data: for the duration of the engagement, then as required by law (e.g. accounting records).
Recipients and processors
- Website hosting provider, database provider and email-sending provider.
- AI provider used for the demos and for analysing questionnaires (with contractual safeguards, including for transfers outside the EU).
- Your data is never sold.
Cookies
- This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies are used (e.g. the administrator's login session).
Your rights
- You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability by writing to info@devnode.be.
- You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be) or with the authority of the country where you live (in France, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr).
