Do I need technical skills?
No. We handle the set-up and integration. Your team uses the tools inside the apps they already know, and training is included in every project.
How much does it cost?
The AI Audit costs €990 excl. VAT and is fully credited if you go ahead with a project. Projects start from €2,500 excl. VAT. You always get a fixed, written quote before anything starts. AI usage costs are usually a few euros to a few dozen euros per month.
How quickly will I see results?
Often within 2 to 3 weeks: we start with a quick win that saves time immediately, then build on it.
Is my data safe?
We use business-grade AI services that don't use your data to train their models, we collect only what's needed and we sign a data processing agreement with you. For sensitive data, European hosting options are available.
Will AI replace my employees?
That's not the goal. AI takes the repetitive tasks so your team can spend more time with customers. People stay in control — that's the whole idea behind the name Tandem.
What if AI isn't a good fit for my business?
Then the audit will say so — and if we can't find at least 3 worthwhile opportunities, you don't pay for it.
